Refund Policy

1. Money-Back Guarantee

LangBroX offers a 14-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers to our Premium and Pro Premium plans. This allows you to try our service risk-free.

2. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, you must meet the following conditions:

  • You are a first-time subscriber to LangBroX paid plans
  • The refund request is submitted within 14 days of your initial purchase date
  • You have not violated our Terms of Service
  • You have not engaged in fraudulent activity or abuse of the service

3. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals: Subsequent monthly renewals after your first billing cycle are non-refundable
  • Partial refunds: We do not provide pro-rated refunds for unused days in a billing period
  • Free tier: The free tier is not a paid service and therefore not applicable for refunds

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, please follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to support@langbrox.com
  2. Include your account email address and subscription details
  3. Provide a brief reason for your refund request (optional but helpful for us to improve)

We aim to process all refund requests within 3-5 business days. Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Refund Processing Time

After your refund request is approved:

  • Credit/Debit Card: 5-10 business days (depending on your bank)
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other payment methods: Processing time varies by provider

6. Cancellation vs. Refund

Please note the difference between cancellation and refund:

  • Cancellation: Stops future billing but allows you to use the service until the end of your current billing period. No refund is issued.
  • Refund: Returns your payment and immediately terminates access to Premium features.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or Paddle's customer portal. Cancellations do not automatically qualify for refunds unless within the 14-day guarantee period.

7. Exceptions

LangBroX reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of:

  • Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., repeated sign-up and refund requests)
  • Violations of our Terms of Service
  • Suspected fraudulent activity
